Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective shipping containers—whether brand new or used. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return Window
Customers must initiate a return within 30 days of delivery or collection. Returns requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Method
Returns and exchanges must be made in-store at one of our designated return locations. Please contact our team to arrange your return and receive specific return instructions.
Product Condition
Returned containers must be in the same condition as received:

Brand New containers must be unused and undamaged.

Used containers must not have additional wear or structural modifications post-delivery.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the product’s original purchase price.
Refund Processing Time
Once a returned container has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
